Welcome, Sister!

At Santosha Sisterhood, we embrace a holistic approach to pre- and postnatal care, drawing from the ancient wisdom of contentment ("santosha" in Sanskrit) to nurture your mind, body, and spirit through life's transformative journey into parenthood. Our integrative programs blend energy healing, babywearing dance, and group-facilitated JournalSpeak classes to foster deep healing, joyful connection, and empowered self-expression. Whether you're preparing for birth or navigating the early days of motherhood, our supportive community helps you cultivate balance, release emotional blocks, and celebrate the sacred bond with your baby.

About this Mama

Hi, I’m Jenn!

I am a mom to three truly amazing children. We live on a hobby farm in Fletcher and spend most of our summers at the lake. I have a heart for nurturing new moms through the transformative journey of motherhood. My passion is in creating vibrant, supportive communities where moms and moms-to-be can connect, heal and thrive. I’ve spent 7 years as an occupational therapist, navigating difficult treatment scenarios and barely survived my own 3 year healing journey. I empower women to restore their bodies through babywearing dance classes, spinal flow energy healing and strategic journaling techniques. I’m dedicated to fostering connection, celebrating self-care, and helping every mom find her glow in a welcoming village of support. I am Zumba certified and I am in the process of becoming a spinal flow practitioner.
